If you would like the property managed, we would ask the tenants to contact us with any maintenance issues. They would have our contact details and not yours.
We have specialised software called MyLetman especially for our managed properties and this allows you, the landlord to log into it at any time to retrieve your statements or copies of any invoices. This offers our managed landlords a transparent service.
Our management fee is 8% plus vat @ 23% per month. There is an initial administration fee of €150.00 plus vat @ 23%. This covers our advertising, diesel for viewings, paperwork etc. This is a once off fee for any new tenancies.
We also carry property inspections once a year and furnish you with a report on same.

We also have a large team of trusted, insured and experienced contractors should they be required during the time we manage your property. If you wish us to use your own contractors that’s fine also.
We study the Residential Tenancy Act as part of our job, and if you need advice or guidance on any tenancy we offer this free of charge to our existing managed properties and for a nominal fee to our unmanaged properties.

If you would like us to provide quotes for work required in your property before it is let or sold, we can provide quotes form experienced contractors for same. We advise on home Staging so your property looks its best before your property is put on the market for sale or letting.
